What type of race is this and what is the distance?

  • Team Challenge (4 runners in a group) participants will climb from G/F to 52/F.
  • Full Challenge participants will climb from G/F to 52/F.
  • Fun Climb participants will climb from G/F to 21/F.

Who can participate in the run?

  • The minimum age entry is 14 years old for the Full Challenge and Team Challenge category.
  • The minimum age entry is 10 years old for the Fun Climb category.

Is this a good race for first-timers?
Although challenging, this race is achievable for most people and can be completed by walking as there is no cut-off time. However, we strongly recommend training for this event for first-timers or even if you are an experienced runner but have never done this particular race before.

How does the Team Challenge work?
Each team consists of 4 runners, which may have both male and female runners. Climbing from G/F to 52/F, the team’s time will be calculated by the 3rd runner that crosses the line.

There will be no refunds and no transfers (giving up your entry to another person)


When and where can I pick up my Race Kit?

Dates & Times:

What do I need to bring with me in order to pick up my Race Kit?
You need to bring your Confirmation E-mail (printed or digital copy) and your photo ID.

I am under 18. Do I need parental consent?
Participants under 18 must fill out and submit the Parental Consent Form at Race Kit Collection.

Can I pick up my race kit on Race Day?
No. There is strictly no race day collection.


What time does my wave start on race day?
Organisers will announce the race day schedule soon after registrations close. The event is expected to start at 8:45am and finish by 12:45pm.

What can I do with my bag?
Bag Deposit facilities will be provided for participants at 1/F of Bitexco Financial Tower. If you do plan to use this service, please bring an inexpensive bag and leave your valuables at home. We will not be responsible for lost or missing items.

Where do I place my Race Bib?
Your race bib should be properly secured using safety pins and must be displayed on your front throughout the race.

Will the race start in waves or all at the same time?
Participants will be flagged off in waves of around 8-10 participants each every 3 minutes, depending on the number of entries in each category.

Will there be drinks available?
Yes, there will be water and sports drinks available for participants at the start, on the course and finish area.

Will you have a Lost & Found in case I lose something on race day?
Yes, the Lost & Found will be at the Info Desk for items that are missing on race day.

Can my family and friends watch me race?

  • Start Area: Yes, spectators will be allowed to watch the start in the outdoor non-restricted area of the G/F.
  • Finish Area: Non-runners will not be allowed to access the finish area on race day.


Where is the Awards Ceremony held?
The Awards Ceremony will take place at the stage on G/F, near the start area.

Who receives awards?

  • The top 3 finishers in each Full Challenge age group (Male and Female – Junior, Open, Master, Senior).
  • The top 3 teams in the Team Challenge.

There are no prizes for the Fun Climb category.

Where can I find race photos?
Race photos will be available soon after race day on Sporting Republic’s Facebook page.

Where can I find my race results?
Provisional race results will be published on the event website within 24 hours from the end of the last race.
